Cancellation Policy
Please cancel 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid any fees. We reserve the right to charge 25% of the service amount for cancelations with less than the above mentioned notice. We reserve the right to charge the full service amount for any no shows. After one no show, client will be required to pay in full at scheduling for all future appointments.
Clients more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will be considered a no show and charged as such. If the client is (or can be) taken past the 15 minute mark, a $15 late fee will be added to the service cost.
We reserve the right to charge these fees at next appointment for any violations of the above mentioned policies.
